We offer a position for those looking for a new challenge! Experis is looking for a Financial Director who speaks both Chinese and German with professional proficiency. In this job you will report to a Managing Director and the Group CFO. You are responsible for the Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reviews, and you work with the managing director on the strategic vision of the company. You also have good communication skills and managing experience.
Your key areas of responsibility:
- Manage EU financial performance, including margin improvement and inventory optimization
- Lead and develop EU Finance Operations
- Partner with business, and optimize internal approval flows
- Manage all fiscal reporting activities for the organization
- Drive down costs regarding transportations, purchasing and insurance contracts with cross-department teams
- Participate in various audits
- Prepare fiscal annual reports for several countries
- Lead a Finance team and help them maximize their efficiency

What we ask of you:
- More than 10 years of Finance experience, preferably in international environments
