Our respectable client is an organization that serves European and international markets as part of a Testing network amongst selected companies. They offer independent consulting, testing, inspection and certification services for regulatory markets worldwide. They are a leader in testing various devices and online systems for the use by the customers of their clients worldwide.
They have established an impressive team of in-house professionals to test and certify equipment, including mathematicians, hardware and software engineers, compliance engineers, system and communication engineers, high-tech engineers and quality assurance specialists at a fixed location. These highly trained professionals deliver impressive services and expertise. Prototypes are tested for proper functionality and compliance with regulations of each specific jurisdiction. You are part of several productive teams, consisting of 25+ Software Testers and engineers. As a Technical Software Tester you work closely with clients in testing customized applications; both using manual and automated testing. You may occasionally be required to visit customer sites (abroad) to assist in testing & rolling out (beta) versions. This is an in-house position and not a consultancy position.

Required Skills and Experience Technical Software Testing:
-A BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Programming, or similar Technical field.
-A minimum of 1 year Testing experience.
-Experienced with programming languages such as C or C++ or Java.
-Experienced with hardware and/or technical software of devices.
-Knowledge of Testing Methodologies.
-Probability theory knowledge, statistics, and systems.
-Preferably experienced with Windows and Linux.
-Good problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
-Demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, correctness and deadlines.
-Capable of sitting and working at a computer for extensive periods of time.
-Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients/prospective clients.
-Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
-Mathematical skills is a plus.
