This organisation will be designing and delivering innovative HR solutions to both employees and leaders. The top priority of the HR solutions department is delivering an outstanding employee experience through a portfolio of various solutions. Your working day will consist of the following activities:Coordinating and executing candidate background checks when necessaryCreating outstanding onboarding experiences through clear communication regarding steps and status updatesPreparing and delivering contract package documents to candidatesMaintaining, tracking and operating onboarding processes via HRIS (e.g. PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo, ZyLab) Delegating and escalating inquiries while remaining the single point of contact through resolution Engaging in and driving overall continuous improvement of business processesActing as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes within E2E business processJouw werkplekAbout the companyThe Dow Service Centre in Terneuzen, which employs more than 700 talented employees, is the international service provider for the Dow Chemical Company. The Service Centre is not located on the Dow Chemical plant, but in the city of Terneuzen itself.
